Free Shipping on Most Items!
Many of our products include Free Shipping or Shipping Included offers, which apply only to ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
Shipping Methods
Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. However, some vendors may use:
- DHL
- USPS (for lightweight items)
- Freight carriers (for oversized or heavy items)
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to the following locations:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations, except for the following exceptions: Click here for more info on international shipping.

We’re happy to provide a shipping quote via phone or email, but you can also calculate shipping charges online:
- Add your items to the shopping cart.
- Click ‘Check Out’ and enter your shipping details.
- Click ‘Continue’ to view exact shipping costs before placing your order.
No payment information is required to check shipping costs, and you can choose to proceed with or cancel your order at this stage.
Shipping Cost & Address Accuracy
Due to rising shipping rates, the actual cost of shipping is often higher than what we charge. To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we will attempt to redirect the package upon request. However, we cannot guarantee a successful redirection.
- If you require signature confirmation on delivery, please specify this in the checkout notes. Most items are delivered without a required signature.
Gift Shipments & Returns
- If you’re sending a gift, please notify the recipient in advance to prevent refused deliveries.
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal will result in additional shipping charges billed to the purchaser.
Multiple Shipments
Many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Express Shipping & Freight Services
Express Shipping Requests
If you require a shipping method other than ground delivery, please email us before placing your order. We will provide a shipping quote and ordering instructions.
Please Note:
- Some items cannot be shipped via express services due to vendor constraints.
- Overnight or 2-Day Air shipping can cost 4x or more compared to standard ground shipping.
Freight Line Shipments
Standard freight shipping rates apply only if a loading dock is available. If additional services are required, they must be arranged at the time of order and will incur the following charges:

Delivery Time
Estimated shipping times are provided at the end of each product description. Typical ground shipping takes 3 to 7 business days after the order ships, depending on the destination.
Billing Information Accuracy
To prevent order delays, please ensure your billing address and phone number match your credit card statement exactly. Incorrect billing information will require verification, causing delays beyond the estimated shipping times.
